Where is the ZoldFold based?

We are based in sunny (sometimes!) Brighton in England.

Does the ZoldFold ship internationally?

We do, we like to create an international hub for fair fashion. Overseas shipping prices vary, this will be calculated at checkout.

What size will be the perfect fit?

As we stock a variety of brands, sizing will vary. Please take a look at the sizing guides unique to our brands to find your perfect fit.

What happens if I can’t find my size?

Don’t worry, send us a message and we will do our best to get it in your size! Please bear in mind this may take a little longer to arrive to you if it is coming from a far corner of the globe.

How do I care for my garments?

Included in your parcel will be a ‘little note to say’ this will let you know the best way to have the longest life out of your purchase.

What if I change my mind?

No problem! Just repackage your unworn garments with the tags still attached using the returns label enclosed in your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, but will give you a code for free shipping off your next order. You will receive your refund within 7 working days of us receiving your package and it going through quality control.
